स्कोर उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में सबको शिक्षा – समान शिक्षा अभियान चलायेगा 27 दिसम्बर 2018 को होगा राज्य कान्वेंसन

आज दिनांक 5 दिसंबर 2018 को स्टेट कलेक्टिव फॉर राइट टू एजुकेशन (स्कोर ) के तत्वावधान में स्थानीय प्रेस क्लब में सबको शिक्षा समान शिक्षा के लिए प्रदेश व्यापी अभियान शुरू करने के अवसर पर एक प्रेस वार्ता का आयोजन किया गया |
प्रेस वार्ता का उद्देश्य था कि इस अभियान के बारे में विस्तार के साथ बताया जाए | स्टेट कलेक्टिव फॉर राइट टू एजुकेशन एक राज्य स्तरीय नेटवर्क है जिसमें प्रदेश भर के गैर सरकारी संस्थाओं स्वयंसेवी संगठनों और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में समर्पित शिक्षाविदों और कार्यकर्ताओं का एक सामूहिक मंच है | इस मंच द्वारा पूरे प्रदेश में सबको शिक्षा समान शिक्षा अभियान चलाया जा रहा है |
इस अभियान का उद्देश्य है कि चाहे वह किसी भी जाति वर्ग या आर्थिक स्थिति के दलित और अमिताभ को बालिकाओं अल्पसंख्यक और गरीबों सभी बच्चों के लिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और शिक्षा के अवसरों की समानता हेतु सरकारी स्कूल बचाने सरकारी स्कूल को एक गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा का केंद्र बनाने और समावेशी लोकतांत्रिक समान शिक्षा का केंद्र बनाने के लिए प्रदेश भर में अभियान चलाया जाएगा | अभियान का उद्देश्य है कि अभियान के अंतर्गत समाज में चल रही सरकारी स्कूल को केंद्रीय विद्यालय का दर्जा दिया जाए |
देश के हर स्कूल को सरकार केंद्रीय विद्यालय की तर्ज पर विकसित करें, बाल श्रमिकों के लिए हॉस्टल वाले स्कूल नवोदय विद्यालय की तर्ज पर खोले जाएं तथा सरकारी स्कूल को बचाने के लिए प्रदेश स्तर पर मजबूत अभियान चलाया जाए तभी हम एक खुशहाल शिक्षित , स्वस्थ और आत्मनिर्भर उत्तर प्रदेश का निर्माण कर सकते हैं | शिक्षा का अधिकार कानून एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण जरिया है जो कि सभी बच्चों को आठ वर्ष तक की अनिवार्य गुणवत्ता पूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करने का वादा करती है। परंतु सरकार नें इसमें से फेल न करने की नीति को हटाने का निर्णय करने जा रही है जिससे विद्यालय से बाहर बच्चें खास कर दलित, वंचित, बाल मजदूर व लड़कियां शिक्षा से वंचित कर दी जाएँगी। अभियान के दौरान राज्य सभा के सदस्यों से इसके विरोध में बातचीत की जाएगी व इसे न हटाने की मांग की जाएँगी । अभियान के दौरान राज्य के कम से कम 40-50 जिलों में जागरूकता की जायांगी। स्कोर के द्वारा आर0टी0ई0 के मानकों पर प्रदेश भर के 25 जिलों में सर्वे भी किया जा रहा है। अभियान के समापन के दिन 27 दिसंबर को इसका रिपोर्ट जारी किया जाएगा जो की शिक्षा के अधिकार कानून के क्रियान्वय की स्थिति को दर्शाएगा।
सबको शिक्षा समाज शिक्षा के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने के लिए समाज के हर तबके को साथ मिलाकर एक सशक्त जन अभियान के रूप में चलाया जाना चाहिए|
